While shopping you may add any item to your shopping cart by simply clicking the 'Add To Cart' button and when you have finished, click on 'Check Out'. Please complete all the requested information. 'Your Order Was Successful' page will have your total purchase cost less shipping and taxes (if outside Florida) This acts as your proof or order. We will contact factory for a tail gate freight quote and estimated ship date. A final total, including shipping (and any applicable taxes) will be faxed quickly to you for your final approval authorization. Just sign and fax it back to us TOLL FREE 877-202-7119 so we may proceed with your order and payment.

As you order, we provide a secure area for a safe shopping environment. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) makes certain that all of your information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. Because of our policy to first provide you with a final confirmation total , freight and estimated ship date included, we do not process credit cards over the internet. But, we still need the information for later. We have provided genuine discounts off our manufacturers' actual MSR List prices. The prices in both our printed catalog flyers and on-line catalog are based on costs at time of issue and are subject to change without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and inspect all shipments at time of delivery. Be sure to check for any concealed damage. If you are not satisfied with the condition or quality of the shipment, make a note of it on the bill of lading BEFORE the freight carrier leaves or refuse the shipment.
When receiving a delivery, please be sure to mark POSSIBLE DAMAGE on the bill of lading if the carrier will not wait for you to inspect each piece.Back to Top
All orders are shipped F.O.B. the factory. The packaging our manufacturers' use meets or exceeds industry standards and although rare, damage can occur. If this happens, you MUST call us immediately and be sure to keep original box(s) and packaging at the original delivery site for the manufacturer and the freight carrier to participate in a claim payment. We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement on items not returned in original packaging. Freight damaged items will be replaced at no charge when customer follow the procedures as indcated on these pages.Back to Top
All returns MUST have prior authorized by our office. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and you will be charged freight in both directions and a restocking fee.Back to Top
WRONG COLOR, SIZE OR ITEM ORDERED
If after recieving a shipment from us you find the size,color or item is incorrect, just let us know. We will have a replacement for you as quickly as possible. A restocking fee and return freight may be charged to you if it not the factory or our error. If it is a factory error, we'll get a replacement to you at no charge as quickly as possible.Back to Top
You can cancel your order as long as the item has not been received by the factory or shipped. If the order has already been sent to the factory, we will do our very best to cancel it, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible.
